MEET THE EXPERT RESTORER

Meet AJ Palacios, Owner and Founder of Sole Fresh & Sole Clean. Born in a small town of Victoria, TX & raised in Arlington, TX. During his freshman year of high school in 2010, he discovered his passion for shoes. It all started with working at a kiosk selling shoe cleaner kits. After working for them for a while, it dawned on him that he could be his own boss and create his own shoe care business too. 

It was in April of 2017, when he decided to take the leap of faith and quit his 9-5 to pursue his small business full time. That's when Sole Fresh & Sole Clean was born. Since then, his passion has only grown more which has allowed him to restore hundreds of pairs of shoes all across the U.S. as well as internationally. AJ is known for his meticulous transformations that saves soles one pair at a time. He devotes his time providing top tier shoe care services, resources, and all the latest tips and tricks.

  His dream to open up a storefront for his sneaker laundry finally came to fruition on June 20th, 2024. Our store address is 2333 Gus Thomasson Rd, Dallas, Texas 75228. He is passionate about teaching our youth as well as many others around the world to become entrepreneurs themselves. When he's not working on building his dream, you can catch AJ creating memories with his family.
