Can you work on my shoes?
Yes, customers have 2 ways to get their sneakers to me. You can simply drop them off at our store located at 2333 Gus Thomasson Rd, Dallas Texas 75228. Or you can mail your sneakers securely to our PO Box through USPS which is PO Box 181298 Arlington, Texas 76096.
Can I get a restoration quote for my shoes?
Of course! For a correct quote please send pictures of your sneakers showing the entire uppers, midsoles, and soles.

Whats your average turnaround time for services?
Turnaround time varies based on the number of orders I have when you drop off your sneakers and the specific services requested. On average, cleanings are completed within 1-2 weeks. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process and will promptly inform you if there are any delays.
How long will it take to get my product?
It depends on where you are. Orders processing time is 1-3 days before shipping. This doesn't include the weekends. After that it will take 3-4 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 16-30 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do you ship products overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Do you reglue or repaint shoes?
Unfortunately, I do not provide reglue or repaint services. Currently I clean, unyellow, and protect shoes.
