Refund policy
All Sales are Final. No returns or exchanges unless there is a case of fraudulent charges made on your bank account or damaged product upon arrival. We are not responsible/liable for any lost or stolen packages and no refunds will be given for any such case.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopen or unused, and in its original packaging. In the case that your product has been damaged in transit, you must send pictures confirming that the product is in fact damaged in order to receive a new product order. You’ll also need to show the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at solefreshsolecleantx@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are not responsible for any incorrect addresses that were given when the order was originally placed. To have the product or products sent to a correct or different address you will be responsible for shipping costs back to the address provided. If this doesn't suffice then In order to be eligible for a refund you must email us with your first/last name and order number. Once the product is returned and in our hands we will inspect the product and notify you further about your refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We are also not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the package leaves our hands it is totally up to the Mail Service we use. If you want to make sure that your package is protected and can assure you get money back in case the package was lost or stolen we suggest paying for priority shipping.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
*You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Defective items returned within 30 days of purchase will be replaced free of charge.
